Unfortunately I believe you're right. But, it's interesting to notice all these countries were (or still are in case of Iran) the ones without a Rothschilds owned or controlled Central Bank. Even Venezuela I understand now they have agreed to the US demand in regards to a Central Bank. Then, I guess Cuba is next.
