I know that, statistically speaking, if intelligent alien life existed, we would have many more interactions with various alien species that would either be trying to destroy us, warn us, trade with us, etc. There’d have to be literally millions of species that would engage with us by now due to sheer size of space and time. I’m not aware of any such interactions over the course of human existence. If you have proof, let me know.
