After all these years, no one has definitive proof that aliens exist. Humans can’t explore space but surely other intelligent species would be trading, interacting, and/or destroying us by now.
If intelligent life exists outside of Earth, how could this be kept from us after billions of years of existence? Shouldn’t there be millions, if not billions, of intelligent species moving around in the vastness of space?
It’s a huge, faith-based leap to think intelligent, non-human life exists outside of Earth.
I know that, statistically speaking, if intelligent alien life existed, we would have many more interactions with various alien species that would either be trying to destroy us, warn us, trade with us, etc. There’d have to be literally millions of species that would engage with us by now due to sheer size of space and time. I’m not aware of any such interactions over the course of human existence. If you have proof, let me know.
And since the US government is now acknowledging the existence of aliens, through bi-partisan messaging and support no less, then it must be true, right?
Yours are assumptions without any real logic. You are assuming that if aliens existed they would seek, and behave, in a way similar to humans. I find that laughable to be honest.
Not because it is not possible, but because you really couldn't have any idea of what is "possible" from this point of view.
You pretend to know aliens you don't even think exist. That's quite the delusion.

You are assuming they operate on your same paradigms.
You are an animal that learned to prey other animals which are based on instinct, through consciousness.
You don't know how an animal preying on another which is itself based on consciousness would go at it.
You also don't know what they prey, if meat, work or energy.
Given this, your suppositions are quite lacky imo.
