In a free for all thread rule 1 will be suspended. The thread must be marked with the Free For All Flair.
In all other threads not a free for all, rule 1 will be enforced.

Dum question- where is the list of rules? In my sidebar I see profile messages upvoted, then privacy policy terms and content policy. Is content policy the rules? If I click on content policy nothing is loading for me
Not a dum question, all good. I forget that the side bar doesn't show up on mobile mode but it will populate on desktop mode. Are you using the mobile mode version? (Edit: If on desktop, side bar can be found on the community page by clicking the magnifying glass on the top right corner of the screen.)
