This is actually false because any gun owner with 2 brain cells know not to lock and load a bullet in the chamber without the safety switch on because that is too dangerous not only for the gun owner, who can accidentally shoot himself, but also for anyone around.
Regular average Joes who conceal carry keep their guns on safety with a clip in the chamber but they don't lock and load.
So the CFR can go think of another lie to spew because this one is too sloppy.
Most modern pistols are designed not to need a manual safety. Unfortunately, that guy was carrying a Sig P320, a poorly designed gun with a tendency to fire when dropped or jostled hard.

There is a video out there I think on X where it shows the 2 women blowing whistles at an ICE agent and the guy, what's his name Alex or something, walking behind them a bit filming with his phone, they are all in the road. Then it pans to the videos you probably have seen where the ICE agent gets annoyed and shoves the one lady and she slips and falls and then starts pepper spraying everybody. Alex dude gets between ICE agent and lady down on ground and everything else you probably saw.
The part we need are videos of everything before them standing in the road and blowing their whistles at the ICE agent and what Alex dude and ladies were doing. If he was a streamer, maybe it's out there somewhere, same with those ladies.
The lady does not seem like she was going to be arrested, she and her friend were just annoying and the one who fell was the one still antagonizing and closest to the agent.

From her recording we can see that first agent whip his pistol out and looks like he just fired right into buddys neck for basically no reason. Then fires another 10 bullets in him onces hes down.

Dude, only tards carry with an empty chamber. A well designed pistol in a good holster is perfectly safe to carry with one in the pipe. Also, muzzle flash is very difficult to catch on camera during the day, you need either a very high FPS camera, a lot of shots going off, or a lot of luck.
