Technically the DOJ is breaking the law by not releasing all the Epstein files as ordered by congress, so a rogue staffer technically would be following the law by releasing all of the files. Maybe someone sets up a gofundme for personal protection and financial support since anyone who did release all the files would undoubtedly lose their job and would be a target for suiciding.
