"They" hate the New Testament because how dare Jesus put jew and Gentile on the same level.

Paul's got some real bangers, in particular. Like when he says that all their Jewish laws were only necessary because Jews were so horrible (thieves, murderers) and now that Jesus is here, anyone still flowing them is dumb.
