When people propose different hypotheses as explanations for the world they observe, they infer that the best explanation is in fact the true hypothesis. The Biblical worldview meets that test of better explaining the world we observe objectively than any other worldview (see the link).
Jesus's statement about lost sheep was modified in that passage by his grace and healilng power to the Syro-Phoenician, and in John 12 as I just showed separately.
Jesus also told Paul to minister to the Gentiles, so I wouldn't be surprised if you don't believe in Paul either. Why don't you stop raising silly objections to the Bible and instead propose a standard of truth that you think is the best explanation so that we can infer whichever one is truly best? I'm willing to drop anything I believe that's false, because I'm a pursuer of truth at all costs. Are you?
only insofar as Jews actually do run everything and actually do have us enslaved and worshipping their god. Thats the best objective metric for the truth of the bible - that we already ARE the servants of Jews and that they are the 'light of the nations' ie they rule over us indirectly and that their god has somehow successfully replaced our own.
Remember they prophesied that the nations would foreswear their own ancestors and grab the hem of their garments saying 'God is with you'.
Yeah, they certainly brought that about. But through cunning rather than anything divine. Still, prophecy fulfilled.
The difference is, some of us are NOT suffering from Stockholm syndrome about it...
You are a pursuer of truth at all costs? If what you say is true, what do you propose we do about it? Yes, I tell people that I worship exactly one Jew, Jesus Christ, and I'm kinda locked in to that proposal. Also, he's the best king ever and I am king alongside him, so it kinda works for me. Anything I can do for you with my coregency?
what do you mean by 'an inference to the best explanation'? I'm just unsure what that sentence means. Did you choose the right terms here?

Enslaved to sin?
Which god? How so? What do you believe that looks like?
If you believe that well break whatever chains you think you have. Christianity frees. Sin enslaves.
Mabye in Biblical Times. Now today, though, we are.

When? Quote?

Just don’t like seeing people be drawn into cults. Especially ones that despise their very essence
