Coronaviruses that transmit the common cold is also a fast evolving virus, hence there is no cure, only preventatives and symptom management as there is with influenza. I don't think he's speaking about all viruses, because every other coronavirus is either so common as to be harmless to healthy people, or so deadly as to be untransmissible to healthy people. If they weee real with an identifiable molecular weight, then any freshman biology student could centrifuge a sample, isolate the band it’s in, put it under a microscope, observe it. Then take that isolated band, inject it into another host, observe the SAME disease state occur, and perform the same isolation procedures I listed above.
