There's no good theory here. It's a rehash of the most infamous stupidity humanity has ever had. The Satanic Panic, where people were convinced if you play a rock song backwards, it calls to the devil.
The reason the theory works is because when you can't understand shit, your brain will start hearing words in it. A song played backwards is basically unintelligible.
I can prove this. Listen to a song in a foreign language you don't know, and you'll hear English words that aren't in it, because that's what your brain does understand, and it makes those connections even though there's no real basis.
When these people were looking for references to the devil, their mind created them because they were in the mindset of looking for it.
Music has power (frequency vibrational stuff, on top of chemical connecting things) and as far off as the 'satanic panic' was, it was still very close. Lucifer loved music and so does God, I think the devils now use some of it to their own accord.
I mean, there's probably something to be said about Taylor Swift's obviously staged marriage being a state propaganda bit, but that's a conspiracy for a less room temp IQ community.
