No such thing as a rich white guy with any agency, ever, according to some people. "Likely jewess" is also funny. That means you don't actually have evidence she is Jewish, but it makes for a good meme.
He's likely a Jesuit or Knight of Malta agent given that Candace is Catholic and opposing the Jews.
