This poll methodology is recognized to be unscientific but is better than nothing. Thank you for your responses. I recognize that many distrust poll testimony and believe in other methods of individual or group activity. However, this is not a group action question but a question of individual experience, so it's not a matter of consensus but of collection of testimonies that need no consent or validation from anyone else.
Again, there is no "better" if it'll be "like you never existed". You have no permanent bettering and all your investments turn to dust. Doing the right thing or the wrong thing doesn't change anything if it's all dust.
There is no standard of good, so everyone does what is good in his own eyes and you have no power to judge natalists for being "bad" because they're following your same rule in seeking to do the right thing to make their only life "better" as they define it.
Perhaps you'd like to find a definition of "good" that works for both you and your opponents, before you claim that you know "better" and he doesn't?
