The only thing they were "externinating" was the rape, torture, and murders the Bolsheviks brought. Slavs alone would not have swung the outcome of the war, they were up against the entire world.
If Hitler treated the slavs properly, partisan resistance would have been smaller which would have freed up divisions for the front. Also, many slavs would have fought for them which would have drastically increased there manpower. Those two outcomes would have tipped the war in the favor of the axis and enabled them to win against the soviets and pretty much the war.
