Not exclusive, but the only thing that matters is how long it will stay.

The Jewish papacy in the Medieval era indulged in the worst form of abuses that would make Xia Jie or Shang Zhou look like amateurs, and they went on for 1,000 years because they made themselves and their insane ideas the absolute word and authority over all things.
Several Chinese dynasties lasted a very long time. It's not exclusive to any one race or culture. Hell, England had a long run going and it can be argued that it still is ongoing
Those Chinese dynasties ruled over with benevolence for a good time and they never succumbed to the God Delusion.
When corruption kicks in, you just replace the previous one with the another.
No such thing exists under Jewish domination.
