It is incorrect:

75% of jewish families (in Charlseston and Savannah) owned slaves. That doesn't mean that jews owned 75% of all slaves...

That's literally disproven, if you continue to read the text:

Almost 40% of all Jewish householders in the US owned one slave or more.
