It's mined, not issued so it's like gold, only that its mining is limited and steady. It's based on cryptography. Value is determined by the market. There's no centralized institution that does that.

The medium is not important. Mining here is used to describe the concept which is the thing that's valuable (the work put into obtaining the thing).
That's like saying the internet is worse than a public library because it's digital.
People can be really dumb when they try so hard not to understand basic concepts.
Your basic concept isn't so basic though. You're implying it can replace physical money but that's exactly what the NWO wants. You don't get investments unless more people join and invest, which is by definition a pyramid scheme.

The current fiat system is the NWO's system and it's already mostly digital, genius. And it's being transitioned to a fully digital fiat system - CBDC. I already told you 10% of payments are done in cash. Unless you can convince millions of people they should be using cash and not their cards and phones, you'd better come up with an alternative. You won't, because alternatives are decentralized cryptocurrencies which you and other luddites consider evil because they're digital (all this while being hooked to the totally physical DARPANET 24/7 - the irony).
