You're trying to rob it of context. The natural order is masculine men leading, end of story. You can't prove he was trying to enslave others, because no proof exists.
Rob it of context? Did Nazis force people into labor camps? Yes or no? Were they free to leave?
Oh, you mean safety camps that kept them away from the dangerous warzone? The ones where they appear to be having a good time?
