They didn't belong to any other users, they were offered freely by admin on a first-come first-served basis, everyone got their fair share who was there. Admin very rarely awards a community to other users than the listed mods, and I appreciate their reticence even though I would suggest they do it more often. That's probably why they're not acting here.
