N/A. All the digital stuff is just representational tokens, like fiat paper money on steroids. You can make a system to track ownership and transfer, digitally, that can be more fraud-resistant than paper. But, anyone owning wealth will also have it on paper, as will the state. The wealth itself cannot be converted into digital assets.

Us peasants will have more access to fiat debt, not wealth.
