Not related. The closest Toaff got is that he found some medieval Jews paying for halakhically acceptable dried blood like other medical supplies.
If you took all the satanist-data narratives about outgroups like Jews, witches, Roma, Jesuits, Illuminati, etc. (I also like to say Muslims Masons Mormons), you'd have a more representative picture, but Jesus calls that the depths of satan, not the synagogue of satan.
