I'm starting to believe it is intentional for the following reasons (although additional reasons may apply).
Autonomous commercial vehicles are quickly becoming a reality (starting with taxi service), but the big rigs are about to be a thing. They needed the number and severity of accidents to increase to set the baseline high so autonomous vehicles would appear to be a safer option. I believe it's safe to say that autonomous big rigs would have an increase in accidents, but a higher baseline would mask the problem. To make it an affordable option (to encourage investment in the new technology), they would need to deport or otherwise remove massive numbers of commercial drivers. I would also expect to see "protections" passed into law that would limit liability for this new technology.

A single man largely can walk away from most things. Maybe use a government safety net for a couple of months and then find another job.
A family man can't do that. The moment the wages drop, the wife rushes to the exit with half of his assets, demanding custody and child support. If he misses payments, the government can jail him.

These people are part of the de-population agenda. How many slaves do you need to mine lithium for richest 0.1% who fly everywhere? It makes a lot more sense that child labour in lithium mines is designed to get rid of children.
The entire idea is to have roughly 150 million serfs (on Earth, total) to serve the technocracy. Where does "natalism" fit into that?
Everyone you mention (Musk, Trump, Thiel, the feminist UN/WHO/WEF) was just involved in an operation to inject millions (or billions) of children with a gene therapy designed to destroy their circulatory system and ensure that a significant proportion of them won't live long enough to reproduce.
