It's demonstrably false, like 99% of what he says. He'd have a better record of being right if he just guessed yes or no on every question. It's almost an achievement to be so wrong, so consistently.
I think his entire purpose is to post deliberately false horseshit so smart people waste time debunking it instead of digging into natalism and finally finding all the links to pedophilia.
It sure is weird that most pro-natalism opinion articles are on The Atlantic, owned by Ghislaine's best buddy.
