You're Muslim. Only Muslims today are concerned with others not making images of God's [Jesus's] face. Jews don't sweat it because they leave people to it. Further, only Muslims refuse to answer direct questions about whether they're Muslim, as you have refused.

Trying to get Protestants against Orthodox because of practices which the Protestants don't understand from the church fathers, and which the Orthodox haven't developed an outreach apologetic for, is not something a Christian does, but it's consistent with what Muslims (and other haters of Christians) do.
