Alien technology should have a very distinct property - it have to appear from nowhere, without all that sequential and continuous developments from simple element based on some discovered phenomena to complex devices. Looking for such tech appeared in whole from nowhere, I still found none. Either there is no any alien tech, either it is strictly prohibited to study and replicate it.
