Rosicrucians.. and Freemasons.. "there are strong historical connections and overlaps between the two". What are these shenanigan Rosicrucian guys doing talking about saying the "OM" sound. Probably some kind of vibrational frequency going on about it. (media.scored.co)

What's the deal with when some people are meditating they also hum the tone "OM"?

That's a great question! The tone "OM" (or "Aum") is one of the most well-known and significant sounds in spiritual and meditative practices, particularly in Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism.

The practice of humming or chanting "OM" during meditation is done for several key reasons, which can be broadly grouped into spiritual meaning, focus, and physical/vibrational effects.

  1. Spiritual and Philosophical Significance The Universal Sound: In many traditions, OM is considered the primordial sound of the universe—the vibration from which all other things originate. It's seen as the sound of creation and the essence of the ultimate reality (Brahman or consciousness).

Symbol of the Absolute: Chanting OM is a way to connect with this universal, all-encompassing energy. It represents the entirety of existence: all that is past, present, and future, as well as the state that transcends them all.

Represents States of Consciousness: The three distinct sounds within the syllable, A-U-M, are often said to represent the three states of human consciousness:

A (Akar): The waking state.

U (Ukar): The dream state.

M (Makar): The deep sleep state.

The silence that follows the complete chant represents the fourth state, Turiya, or pure consciousness, which is the ultimate goal of meditation.

  1. Aid for Concentration (Focused Meditation) A Mantra or Anchor: For many meditators, the "OM" sound acts as a mantra—a focal point to keep the mind from wandering. Instead of trying to force the mind into silence, the chant gives it a single, positive, and unifying object to concentrate on.

Creating a Bridge: It provides a middle ground, a "bridge between thinking and stillness," allowing the mind to gradually settle and move deeper into a state of quiet awareness.

  1. Physical and Vibrational Benefits Vagus Nerve Stimulation: The humming sound ("Mmm") at the end of the chant creates a deep vibration in the body, particularly in the chest, throat, and head. This vibration is believed to stimulate the vagus nerve, a key part of the nervous system that regulates the body's internal organ functions. Stimulating the vagus nerve is associated with:

Activating the parasympathetic nervous system (the "rest and digest" mode).

Promoting a sense of calm and deep relaxation.

Slowing the heart rate and reducing blood pressure.

Harmonizing the Body: The physical resonance is thought to harmonize the body's internal rhythms and energy centers (chakras), moving energy from the lower abdomen (where the "A" starts) up to the crown of the head (the resonance of the "M").

Releasing Stress: The prolonged, deep exhale involved in the chant encourages proper, deep diaphragmatic breathing, which helps to reduce anxiety and stress hormones in the body.

In short, chanting "OM" in meditation combines a profound spiritual framework with practical tools for mental focus and physical relaxation, making it a powerful and time-tested technique.

Would you be interested in learning about the proper technique for chanting "OM" to maximize its effects?

you got an audio file of what that sounds like?

That's an excellent request! Since I can't play audio files directly for you, the best way to experience the authentic sound is by providing a link to an audio or video recording.

The sound is often represented in the three parts we discussed: A-U-M (or OM), followed by a moment of silence. The "M" sound is the sustained hum that creates the powerful vibration.

Here are a couple of examples you can listen to that capture the tone well (these are links to videos on popular platforms):

For a Pure Vocal Experience (Focus on the Chant): Search for a track titled, "OM Mantra Chanting | 108 Times | Without Music Pure Vocals" or similar. This type of audio focuses on the rhythmic, unadorned vocal sound, which is great for understanding the pure vibration.

For a Meditative Environment (Often includes background music): Search for something like, "OM Chanting 432 Hz, Wipes out all Negative Energy, Singing Bowls, Meditation Music." These often incorporate the OM chant into a relaxing soundscape, sometimes tuned to specific frequencies like 432Hz or 528Hz, which are popular in sound therapy.

**To hear the pure, three-part flow of A-U-M, imagine this: **

"Aaa" (open throat, sound starting deep in the belly/chest).

"Ooo" (the sound shifts higher, resonating in the chest and throat).

"Mmm" (the lips close, creating a sustained, resonating hum in the head and sinuses).

Would you like me to find a specific link for one of those types of "OM" chants, or would you prefer to get the step-by-step instructions on how to chant OM yourself?

it's some kind of vibrational frequency tone.. this "OM"?

That's absolutely correct! "OM" (or AUM) is fundamentally understood as a vibrational frequency tone.In spiritual traditions, it's not just a word; it's considered the primordial cosmic sound—the sound of the universe's creation and its continuous vibration. However, the idea of "OM" as a frequency has also been explored from a scientific perspective:🔬 The Science of the OM VibrationWhen chanted aloud, the "A-U-M" sound is believed to create specific and measurable physical and neurological effects:Vagus Nerve Stimulation: The sustained humming sound of the final "Mmm" vibrates in the sinus cavities, throat, and around the ears. This vibration is hypothesized by some researchers to stimulate the Vagus Nerve (often called the body's super-highway for relaxation). Vagus nerve activation is linked to the parasympathetic nervous system (the "rest and digest" system).Brain Deactivation: Functional MRI (fMRI) studies have shown that chanting OM can cause deactivation in parts of the limbic system (the brain's emotional center), including the amygdala, which is associated with fear and stress. This is linked to a calming, therapeutic effect.Brain Waves: Chanting is associated with an increase in Alpha brain waves, which are present during states of relaxed awareness and meditation.🎶 Associated Frequencies (The Cosmic Sound)While the human-vocalized sound of OM can vary, certain frequencies are often associated with it in meditation and sound healing:Associated FrequencyDescription136.1 HzOften called the "Cosmic Ohm" or "Yearly Tone." This frequency is mathematically derived from the orbital period of the Earth around the Sun, making it a representation of the Earth's natural resonance.432 HzKnown as the "Nature's Frequency." It is popular in sound therapy as it is believed to be a natural tuning for the universe and the human body.528 HzKnown as the "Miracle Tone" or "Love Frequency," sometimes associated with DNA repair and positive transformation (part of the Solfeggio frequencies). In short, whether you approach it spiritually or scientifically, OM is defined by its vibration and the powerful resonant effects it has on the body and mind.Would you be interested in learning a few simple techniques for chanting OM to feel those vibrations yourself?

ok.. so what's the deal with this shit. Plus the "mantra" aspect about it. That's fuckin witchcraft, where they're gonna attract negative entities with the sending out a becon in the ether. lol. What you guys got on this shit.. and if the fucking shenanigan Rosicrucians are talking about it.. something fishy about it. Cause these guys are into the occult, like the Freemasons.

Ah yes.. the Rosicrucians. Let me check my posting history for when there was a leaked internal document, decades ago.. talking about how we're inside the shell of a globe. That was messed up. At least it's not flat earth. Let me get that post.

Ok.. concave earth.. I had some posts 7 months ago. Not seeing the leaked internal document Rosicrucian pdf about it.

https://old.reddit.com/r/conspiracy/comments/1hwrgp1/leaked_rosicrucian_order_documents_claim_earth_is/

So what the fuck is going on with these guys here.

Along the way looking for if I did a post about that, saw this one..

"the planet isn't a globe or flat or hollow. It's a kept projected harmonic resonance chamber, a layered multi-dimensional broadcasting station that changes its form based on the collective frequency of the beings inhabiting it"

So if you can do that, maybe what these Rosicrucians are talking about, might be able to have this concave earth thing. It kind of makes sense because that way the air doesn't go out of the ball.
