There is a much clearer version of that exact video. Not sure why the streamer used a blurry version except to mislead. It's easier to see in the video than in the photo I've linked below, but just before the shot is fired, the man in the white shirt appears to be wringing his hands together (or perhaps cracking a knuckle) and not holding anything.
