In soviet schools we had "Initial military training". The nominal time for partial disassembling (to the state of naked frame) and assembling AK47 was 40 seconds - 15 to disassemble, 25 to assemble. Almost everyone fit without much problems, including girls. It was fun. I'm sure I could still partially disassemble AK in 15sec, may be after one - two rounds of training just to allow my hands to recall sequence.
IDK what rifle we are talking about here, but it shouldn't be hard to unscrew the barrel and detach the butt, and may be detach sight in less than 30 seconds.
The story goes he took the shot, disassemble it and ran across the roof, jumps off the roof all on camera (no pew pew is seen)
He than stashed it in a wooded area reassemble for the cops to find.
The main question, as I understand is did he really do the shot or not. And exactly that moment is omitted in officially released videos. It does not matter at all, did he disassembled and reassembled his rifle and how fast.
He's a patsey...the story is full of holes.
Obviously. But ability to disassemble rifle in less than 30 seconds is not one of them.
