What? You mean like an apocalypse? It's not going to ever happen all across the world at the same time. It might be regional, but they won't cull the entire herd.
If you're awake enough, you should have a pretty good idea where the bad thing is going to effect and make sure you are living thousands of miles away from there.

Well, I kind of believe those who get here we're always going to get here, and those who don't, wouldn't have gotten here anyway.
