America was founded on Common Law. The Constitution is a written version of some parts of Common Law like Right To Bear Arms. Common Law is decided by the wisdom of the masses and Common Sense. Most of Common Law is: Don't murder, steal or assault. Rights are always with us and they cannot be volunteered or taken away.

The banks bankrupted America int the 1930s and then punished the Country for their own destruction by demanding the Secretary Of Treasury seat of which they pay for from Europe. Whoever is in that seat is paid for by them. They use this seat to control American policy. In the 1950s, they used this power to manipulate Judges into enforcing Statute Law in Court. Statute Law is NOT legal to enforce on Civilians. Statute Law is like some wanna be King who writes up laws and expects certain Government and Corporate entities to follow them as part of their duties. To use this on Civilians, the Court just pretends Civilians are Corporations which is obviously not true and fraudulent.

They claim our birth certificate is our Corporation and our name in all caps is our Corporation's name. They claim the HQ of this Corporation is on the beach of Puerto Rico which they claim makes it that we are in the Ocean and so subject to international Statute Law. Obviously this is a huge fraud. Many Sovereigns found ways around this by claiming themselves to be a living soul and a human being (not corporation) in Court and succeeded. Some were arrested for having an entire marijuana farm and left the courthouse on day one. A homeless guy was scavenging and a cop messed with him. He beat up the cop and went to jail but was released because in Common Law he has a Right to scavenge for food and the cop tried to interrupt that Right.

During Covid the UN advised the US to have cops constantly violate Rights and always get an ID. The ID is to track every person's behavior at traffic stops because they plan on punishing them harder in the future which is why so many don't give an ID.

In the past 5 years, many started to sue cops and the State for Human Rights violations and they win anywhere form $50,000 to $5,000,000 on average. The cop usually loses his job and pension.

Many cops left the job because they have integrity and morals that they cannot violate for the State.

Basically all traffic laws, parking laws, and other dumb stuff are revenue generators that shift hundreds of billions of dollars from the hands of the masses to the 1%. Safety is just an excuse for your money.
That's generally how it works. 1st Amendment Auditors and Sovereigns are pushing back everywhere by exercising their Rights and suing as necessary. This is really putting a LOT of pressure on them and many are cracking up and quitting their jobs.
Also Sovereign means you are not a slave to anyone but you are always expected to respect Common Law. The Deep State tries to throw around the word Sovereign Citizen but Citizen means you are a slave of the US Corporation that is masquerading as a Government. So you can say you are Sovereign but don't fall into the trap they set and call yourself Sovereign Citizen.

I am saying Common Law period. The constitution is based on Common Law. Common Law exists in everywhere at all times no matter what the Gov says. Everyone knows what Common Law is in their heart and everyone is guaranteed Human Rights.
It doesn’t matter if your feelings are hurt but this is the truth. And if you disagree, let’s bring it up to a 12 person Jury in Court to tap in the wisdom of the masses and see what they say. I’ll bet they would agree with me.

As for ""Common Law"", again, as Americans, we do not follow the English/British/UK, ""Common Law""....
We may have some commonalities with it, but Americans have established their own >Version< of the Common Law, in what we call the STATE Constitutions, an also the Federal Constitution...
We have our Own Common Law, that IS simply State PLUS Federal Constitutions EQUALS American Common Law....
The Current VERSION of Common Law which we are currently under is mainly Commercial Law, where almost everything we DO has to have some sort of Government Permission, or LICENSE in order for it to be ""Legal""....
Americans are by far, above and beyond the European version of ""Common Law""....
Common Law depends on the wisdom of the masses. Not on the English or are lawmakers. The constitutions have some part of the common law written out and other parts not written out. Commercial Law is statute nonsense which isn’t even supposed to be used on civilians without a contract that was signed without any form of deception and clear understanding that is not frivolous or unconscionable.
Whenever you want to test a common law you can with a 12 person jury who is clearly presented with the law and if they vote majority that it is a common law violation, then it is. Common law is mostly 3 part (no murder, theft, assault of any kind).

Beyond that, it is the U.S. Constitution, AND the State Constitutions that create AMERICAN Common Law, and as I said before, it may have SOME Commonalities with British/English/UK Common Law, but ours is not only way better, it is much more clearly codified, and even though it hasn't been used much, or at all, in the last 160+ Years, it is still IN EFFECT....
