Evangelicals and White American churches are the least Christian group on the planet. Nothing about the teachings of Jesus Christ and belief that a book was written by God and therefore inerrant....ridiculous.
That has never been my experience with the Evangelical people have have known personally. I especially like it when they proclaim that Jesus Christ is referenced on every page of the old testament. Ask one about the existence of unicorns sometime, the answer is hilarious.
