Under no circumstances approve of Martial Law in DC. This is step 1 into total nationwide Martial Law where the Gov claims we have no Rights. Yet Rights are unalienable. They cannot be volunteered away or taken away. Anyone who violates our Rights is a criminal no matter who it is.
I came out with a warning when they first announced Covid saying don't take any vaccines and many didn't listen. Don't slip up on this one.
No matter what "loophole" they find in the law to claim "legality" for Martial Law or whatever excuse they make about it being for criminals, DO NOT APPROVE. Be loud about your disapproval. Push back hard starting now.
It is Treason and a violation of Common Law to try to push Communism across this Country hence it is illegal. So we don't approve. Period.

c) Approve vs denial implies a conflict among beings over another beings suggestion, while ignoring to respond (perception) to all nature does (perceivable).
d) Using the word "not" implies ones denial of what nature "does", while "approving" what others tempt one to do to self (logic) and each other (reason).
