Anything that suggests fruits or veggies should be a staple in your diet is patently wrong and misguided intentionally or not.
Fruits not so much, but sure they are optional and not to be based on.
Veggies are legit cancer.
We should though name the fact that tomatoes, pickles, pepperonis, and the like aren't veggies but unsweet fruits and they don't have antinutrients.
