I don't know if there's anything here.. but what's up with celebs catching Lyme disease. They head out in the woods and get bit by an infected tick? Do you know anybody in the real world who caught this. (people.com)

It is just renamed borelliosis, known for centuries as "mover's fever". So, nothing new, and today tetracyclin based antibiotics work well against that shit.

I suppose celebrities could easily get bit by a tick on golf fields or walking in the parks of their castles. But the probability to get borellios after tick bite is arond 1%, so celebrities have to be bitten by ticks hundreds of times to get ill for sure. IDK, may be they rolling over in the grass naked or something like every day. :)

I know few people who got that red circle around tick bite and fever, but there is nothing to talk about, actually. A week or two of antibiotics, and that's all. And of course they was not celebrities, just spend a lot of time in woods and fields, due to job or hobby and so get tick bites from time to time.
