There's times i start to feel sorry for myself but then i think I am behaving like some whining jew bitching about the holohoax and i hear a boomer in the mist yelling "Pull yourself up by the bootstraps!"
Also i think depression is someone over-emphasizing and highlighting the negative problems in their lives while taking for granted the many blessings they have and the good things going on in their lives. There should be no expectation that problems will not occur. It is normal for a car to break down, or for a tire to go flat, or for a relationship to go sour, or for a job to not work out. Also, people in America are mocked as having "first world problems" meaning your problems are nothing in comparison to problems facing many third worlders.
So just go down the list and check mark everything good going on in your life and strengthen those things. Strengthen those relationships, pour energy into enhancing the things that are going well.
With the problems in your life i think what you need is GRACE to get through them. Research what GRACE is. It is something that is hard to have if you don't have it and hard to attain. It's a quality many have that is overlooked. Some people gracefully get through problems no sweat. How do they do it? How can you become graceful?
Also i think when viewing other people sometimes we only see the good things going on in their lives from afar but each person has their own problems and the trials and tribulations they are going through. Some just hide it better than others or keep their problems more secret while others share their problems seeking advice or their problems are aired out without their intention.
Also there's the concept of joy. I can have joy doing nothing. Just sitting on a log in the woods. I don't need money or fame or attention. I could simply enjoy being alive, feeling the breeze, listening to a bird sing, listening to the stream go by, watching a butterfly go from blossom to blossom. Joy is free. But if you are in the rat race and all you care about is CONSUME CONSUME, then you do not stop to smell the roses and really EXPERIENCE LIFE.
I've also heard people say that "happiness is a choice." I'm not sure i 100% agree with this but it is a good philosophical statement to ponder.
Nature breaks down being aka whole breaking down partials...a car implies a synthesis of what nature breaks apart for analysis.
Norm; noun - "a standard, pattern, or model" implies an artificial synthesis distracting ONE from natural analysis.
Norm from Greek gnōmōn - "carpenter's square" implies few utilizing square (norms) and compass (logic) to standardize the minds of many into a pattern recognition model called collective consciousness aka common consensus aka hivemind aka social contract aka constituent assembly aka state (jewish sovereignty) over individual (gentile commonwealth) etc.
