It means: If we wish to exile the children fuckers that control everything. We should take consideration to their ability to turn the world economy off in less than 48 hours.

With that being the case. Before exiling the children fuckers, wouldnt it be prudent to confiscate their properties and businesses in order to keep them running while they are exiled?
