no...a giant conspiracy

Nature doesn't con (together) spire (to breathe)...nature breathes life through each separated being.

Reason (yes vs no) implies a mass consensus to a suggestion by few aka an artificial synthesis of what nature separates for analysis.

It's viewing the world as yes vs no or giant vs small, which conspires conflict.

who make no money

Nature sets each ones perception free within all perceivable; suggested artifice tempts ones free will of choice to pay a price of admission to another.
