Its called a snow halo or sun halo and it is a normal thing. Its caused by crystalized ice particles in tthe atmosphere. This stupid monkey lives somewhere he's never seen one and so he's got to explain it with monkey magic.

Not a conspiracy. Just dumb monkey takes.
