Plato/plat - "to spread" hence spreading suggestion to tempt consent into the "cave" of ignorance.
Plato was a nickname upon Aristocles, son of Ariston, from aristo/ar - "to fit together"
What if this isn't about a guy named Aristocles; nicknamed Plato, but about revealing for those with eyes to see, while hiding from the profane, the implication of "spreading (suggested) to fit (consent) together"?
Its more about the cave, less/nothing about him.
a) Nothing implies suggested nihil-ism (nihilo; nothing) tempting ones de-nial of everything perceivable...this denial/ignorance implies the cave.
b) Less implies ongoing loss (inception towards death) for temporary growth (life)...others tempt one to build a cave of ignorance/denial within self to corrupt that growth.
c) Him implies the suggestion of another to conceal how spreading (plato) and fitting together (artistocles) influences oneself from within.
tl;dr...nature reveals everything; few within use names like Plato + Artistocles to conceal from many what nature reveals.
Yup, and without everything there is a fine line of things that are genuinely healthy and safe. All of those are surrounded by lies and deception to muddy the water as much as possible. Finding the truth in the lies is like living on the bacon bits from a huge bowl of paste. Picking out the meat, wiping it off and avoiding the rest.
It's very frustrating. I wish I knew definitively an antidote if there were one.
The antidote is education and the courage to make a change. If you’re subservient to the system and the people and things attached to it, you’ll never escape.
Few suggest systems to tempt many into consenting to being a part of it...giving consent enslaves oneself, while permitting another mastery of any suggested system.
The word system/synistanai - "to place together" tempts one to ignore that nature places each being apart from one another.
Free will of choice implies having the choice to deny reality (perception) for fiction (suggestion), which the "chosen ones" are exploiting.
De (to divide) sign (to mark)...it's consenting to suggested designs which artificially marks the natural divided. That's what makes sick.
