There is only one doomsday secnario the elites can enact and they are not creative. It always comes with a different skin but almost the same pattern. It will not be from microchips but from civil war and communist genocide.
Why not? The destruction of America will not come peacefully. There are lots of people who do not want to die over a single word. You'll have to find ways to exterminate these people. And their deaths will not be clean.

How about poisoning their food and cutting their testosterone levels in half so that a quarter of them are functionally infertile? How about hyperinflating their currency so that they physically cannot afford to have children even if they are fertile? How about taking over the culture and making their women psychologically unattractive so that even if they can afford children, they can’t afford the risk of being around their own women? How about allowing tens of billions of members of another species into their homes to take those women, then?
