You may be correct that i misstated that. What i mean is that at one point, i think in 1917, the 250 ruble had a swastika on it. It would be interesting to find evidence that Hitler or WWII nazi regime held any sympathies for the prior imperial rule in Russia, prior to the Bolshevik Revolution. If i review Mein Kampf, Hitler may have talked about it. I will start by looking through Hitler's writings to see what he says about Russia and the Soviets.
