You may be correct that i misstated that. What i mean is that at one point, i think in 1917, the 250 ruble had a swastika on it. From that i went wild with my conclusions but i think that is worth further investigation why the swastika was a symbol on 250 ruble which i guess was about half a year's salary for a working class person? https://www.rbth.com/history/328405-ruble-evolution

It would be interesting to find evidence that Hitler or WWII nazi regime held any sympathies for the prior imperial rule in Russia, prior to the Bolshevik Revolution. If i review Mein Kampf, Hitler may have talked about it. I will start by looking through Hitler's writings to see what he says about Russia and the Soviets.
