We know, for a fact, that not all rulers are identical in their behavior, because not all people are identical in their behavior. Thus, not all rulers are the same, or do the same things. We know, for a fact, that not all peoples are the same, that their behaviors are different, their cultures are different, their IQs are different, their governances are different, their welfare use is different, their voting habits are different, their spending habits are different, their thought patterns and ideas are different, and their behaviors are different, resulting in wildly different governances and leaders.

You're arguing, that because all groups of people have had despotic leaders, at some point or another, that therefore all peoples and leaders are the same, and that the frequency of this occurrence is equal. None of your assertions are true, and it's easily observable. You're doing the exact opposite logical fallacy of NAxALT (not all X are like that), but falling off the opposite side of the horse, by taking specific instances to paint the entire picture in a false light, ignoring the actual averages and per capita behaviors, because it doesn't adhere to your obvious defense of jews (which is why you came into this discussion in the first place).

I laid out quite well how you're accusing God of sin. Repent, or be cast into the fire. It would've been better for you to have never believed in Christ to begin with, if you so thoroughly reject the father and the son, and the truth that is in them and from them. If God dileneates one ruler from another, one people from another, one person from another, if God judges different individuals and collectives differently, when you're arguing that all peoples are equal, then you are, ipso facto, accusing God of sin.

According to your own argument, which is entirely reliant on egalitarianism, race blindness, and tabula rasa, you are accusing God of sin by arbitrarily destroying Sodom and Gomorrah, arbitrarily destroying the earth with the flood but saving Noah, arbitrarily telling the Israelites to genocide the Canaanites, arbitrarily saving certain people but condemning others.
