Yes, seriously: How and from whom did Hamas get its weapons? Gaza has only three neighbors: Israel, Egypt, and the sea. Moreover, Gaza has been blockaded since 2007. So how and from whom did Hamas get its weapons, rockets, and ammunition? Israel has the best intelligence service in the world (along with America). So how could this be possible? Iran can't be the arms supplier, because how is Iran supposed to smuggle its weapons through several countries without getting caught? It wouldn't work through the sea either, since it's actually monitored by Israel. Delivering weapons to Gaza would only be possible if Israel agreed to it; there is no other way. But then the question would arise: Why should Israel build up its enemy? At a Likud party conference in 2019, Benjamin Netanyahu said: "Anyone who wants to thwart the establishment of a Palestinian state has to support bolstering Hamas and transferring money to Hamas. This is part of our strategy – to isolate the Palestinians in Gaza from the Palestinians in the West Bank."

For others.
This applies not only to Hamas but to Saraya Al-Quds, Al-Aqsa Brigades, PFLP and other orgs:
1- For a start they don't have much weapons. They do few ambushes here and there. Even their attack on October 7th false flag or not was with basic weapons.
2- They manufacture their IEDs. They are called IEDs and they don't need high tech. Their basic "missiles" were further developed by Jamal al-Zebda. Their basic drones by Mohamed Zouari. They made their own basic anti-tank weapons and sniper rifles.
3- They smuggled a lot of stuff through tunnels with Egypt before Sisi's time. ESPCIALLY during Morsi's time in Egypt. Back then Sudan and even Iran managed to send in few pieces.
4- They buy things from traitor Jews on occasion. Sometimes these Jews are pretending to be traitors and are trying to entrap whoever buys their stock. Sometimes they sell them bullets that would explode and damage the rifle. Other times they are really traitor Jews who would sell their mother for money. In the west bank this happens a lot.
5- They reuse unexploded ammunition dropped on them or things Jews sometimes leave when they escape.
