I also crave it but one of my triggers is being full so I take a shot of apple cider vinegar and it has the same "digestive" type effect. Lemon juice water also does about the same thing. When I just want something bubbly I get carbonated water or kombucha. These tweaks have me drinking about 75% less soda than 5 years ago.
