That being said, its poison. I know it is. Im still sucking back 2L of pepsi a day and im terrified of becoming diabetic. Try to drink plenty of water and the intermittent fasting is prolly the only reason I havent become diabetic, yet.
Like I said before, nothing else really hits that craving than the damn pop. I dont seem to be able to absorb as much phospo from milk, and it really gives me constipation/diarrea now.
I really got to go get my blood levels checked again. but whats the point.

You might already know this but even no-calorie soda affects your insulin levels so you shouldn't have it during your fasting state. I also crave it but one of my triggers is being full so I take a shot of apple cider vinegar and it has the same "digestive" type effect. Lemon juice water also does about the same thing. When I just want something bubbly I get carbonated water or kombucha. These tweaks have me drinking about 75% less soda than 5 years ago.
