All of these conspiracy platform are like Potemkin villages. Carefully curated, filled with Jewish shills playing ALL sides of the spectrum. They have multiple levels of Potemkin villages. The MSM, the main alternative media, the alt-right/right wing Trumpers, and even obscure places like this one.
A lot of effort goes into this. That said, there are still genuine accounts and people on all of these platforms and one must be effective when targeting them.
I just figured how on BitChute for instance. They don't just have few false opposition channels. They have a TON of false opposition channels. Covering the entire spectrum. There are MORE fake channels than real ones. Let alone those who are brainwashed by these fake channels and then start parroting them.
Some channels have a lot of comments. Only to realize they are all fake users/ fake channels. I found also Channels pretending to refute other fake channels while both are Jewish channels! Incredible to be honest the effort they go into.

This is like 1950s BodySnatchers or They Live level of subversion where the entire media sphere has been overrun....and trying to explain this to someone who lives I'm the media sphere is nearly impossible.
To be honest who runs conspiracies.win?/ the headline forum (patriots.win) blocks/bans anyonethat calls out (Jewish power) and clearly is pushing MOSSAD propaganda.
Sites which are not run by them are subverted by them which ends in the same result. If they can't subvert they will close it. Either way they will keep an eye on it.
In the days when E-mails where relatively new I sent an E-mail to about 20 people about Jews. I later found out from one whom I sent them the E-mail to that within 5 minutes that they received an E-mail from a stranger telling them what I sent was lies and they should completely forget about it!
Basically, ALL communication is carefully monitored to a bigger extent than people imagine. They will not have something viewed by thousands of people unmonitored. Not even a Youtube comment flies by uninspected. That's why they rushed AI. To automate the process. Practically everyone has a file and avatar on the TIA (Total Information Awareness program)
