You really don't need one, honestly. There is nothing on the net that isn't scraped and saved in some dank server rack in Kikelandia.

Mossad is the agency that constantly watches for anti-kike behaviour and they use their useful idiots in the FBI/CIA/AlphabetSoup Agencies to do exactly this.
