Human DNA have limited capacity. So, you could encode a limited number of different faces. If your pool of people noticeably larger than that number, you will always be able to find a twin.
Do the math and show that it is impossible, that number of distinctly different faces that could be encoded in DNA is larger than number of all people ever lived or live in past 100 years.
Then your meme will get a lot of sense, and become a serious proof of conspiracy. Current one, without math and even without names of people shown have no much sense.
Eveeryone can GPT all about DNA, that doesnt mean its true. "Science" is a joke even without the filters that prevent truth from reaching the masses.
the meme doesnt mean anyone is closed, of course. AI can make these. but i wouldnt dismiss it either
