It began as supposed extended particle accelerator. It's largely a money soak to create a 'science' backdrop to the future psyop.

Think of Howard Hughes who had the Spruce Goose that wouldn't fly to cover his blackop/secret satellite operation. The Goose was a money soak. I could tell you the full story of Howard Hughes and you.....yes even you....would freak.

I am not familiar with Howard Hughes although the name sounds like I've heard it before. Not familiar with Spruce Goose.

The story is generations deep and connects with other historic names of interest...to say the least.

The names Goodman and Lincoln for example.
