why can't we block free-will-of-choice?

I (ayeah?) have blocked every PKVI account that has popped up but blocking free-will-of-choice does nothing. This account blowing a mod? Is a mod? Why are we forced by this team to see this faggot? It's a conspiracy.

Bots this bots that. Where's the Beef? Right. NONE. Allllll THEORY and SPECULATION. The only bots I've seen on this WHOLE site were the Downvote Bots that would auto-cannon comments with downvotes. They disappeared in early Feburary. Doubt theres any more.
