I dont think AI is the problem, I just dont think humans are anywhere close to ready for that kind of power yet. We are too greedy, too vain, too violent to use such technology responsibly.
We live in the most magical time on earth (that we know of), and what do we use all this technology for?

The earlier ones where honest, now dumbed down, but just for us.
But yes, we will never be on the same wavelenght as AI when it comes to reasoning. Because it does it without ego and emotion, and that makes it so much different.
my instinct tells me to reject AI at every possible step of the way. don't really need to give it a lot of thought
